An Email for Nonie

Hi Nonie
I was so suprised to read some of the Emails from Muslims on your Blog.
I read a lot from the Jewish side and then the ones from Muslims and Arabs. I would have at first thought that there would be nothing but insults and death threats, however I was touched and moved by some of the support that we have from the "other" side.
Can I just say firstly that I think what you are doing is courageous and wonderful. Furthermore I would like to use this forum to Hold out my hand in Friendship and love to those in the Muslim world who dont hate me just for being born a Jew.
We are all sharing this World together, we share the same History the same Root, From Abraham (Ibrahim) and we all worship the One G-d.  The rest is just indoctrination and propaganda.
I pray for Peace and the end to Death and war.
With Love
Jeff

  1. Who knew... never knew there was such a thing as "arabs for israel" though i once saw an interview of an arab christian woman on tv(and i believe it must have been you) that condemned the ways and teachings of islam and explained that the Jewish people only try to better the world, while Islam tries to ruin it, enslaving women trading them as cattle etc...
I don`t believe unfortunately that muslims(99% of them anyway) will ever truly accept other religions and people as equals or learn to stop blindly hating the jewish people.
I am truly amazed that some arabs can see beyond the blind hate and dare call Islam what it is when so many are willing to kill to keep Muslims and Arabs what they are today.
I hope you reach more hearts and that we might see progress and enlightenment during our life-times.

  2. May peace be upon you,
I hope you would take my comment as kindheartedly as possible as this is in the best interest of everyone.
I read this website of yours and I was very surprised yet intrigued by such post you created. There we're many things I saw that I felt you have been wrong about Islam (understand here I'm not stating anything bad about other religions). Although I cannot deny the fact that you have been trying your best to understand our religion. I'll try to explain as best I can, firstly on to the issue why we so much want to fight for Palestine. Yes, in a sense I quite agree with you that jews, all Jews even if they never knew it are hated by Muslims. this is because of a failure in our education, we are thought by our prophet to respect one another, the time when you have heard of the prophet saying bad things to the Jews is because at that time, the Jews actually lied in the treaty they made with the prophet in Medina. this accusation was ONLY to those Jews, NOT the Jews after them or before them. On whether or not the prophet was true in his words of accusing them, yes he was true, this was due to the fact of the first war in Islam (Badr war) where there were a group of people whom didn't follow the treaty of protecting Medina, so the prophet got angry at them.

Islam never thought us that Jews were a group of people unworthy of Heaven. Never. The prophet got married to a Jew, her name was Safiya. Other than that he once cried when he saw a Jew died without embracing Islam.

Make sure this is clear: the only reason we see as the Jews in Israel are bad is because they actually "took" Palestine from the original muslims living there. During the crusader war, The Knights Templar murdered many Muslims that Salahuddin proclaim war on the kingdom for breaching the peace treaty between the Muslim pilgrims and the Christian Authority. During Salahuddin's power in Jerusalem, he didn't hurt a single Christian or Jew, yet helped them if they wanted to go back to there former homeland.

The reason why we say Jews "took" Islams land was because when they wanted to settle in the Palestine area (which was originally bigger than it was) they actually forced the Muslims out of the country. The Palestine's before that welcomed with open arms the Jews into their lands because we understood that before this Hitler once did a Holocaust that resulted in the many killings of the Jews that they were in need of a home. Yet what we don't understand is that why in the world would they force the Muslim community out of there homes.

It's not that we don't want to share Jerusalem, we would, but when we do, the Israel authority put barriers, great walls, they tried to burn our mosque, then they force us out of our homes. And so this is the reason we dislike Israel, not as a whole, just the one who are killing and forcing us out.

I wished I could share more, Jerusalem, I believe is a key in uniting all of our religions, our Prophet said that one day when the anti-messiah comes down he will be wanting to conquer Jerusalem, and that Jesus and our Imam Mahdi would unite to stand against him at there.

If you want to contact me, you could go to my blog http://islamic-conscious.blogspot.com
    my email is Fakhry92@yahoo.com
I would be glad and honored if we could talk more, I for one would like to know how to rebuild my Islamic world. Thank you and May peace be upon you

  4. To begin with, I'd like to thank each and every one of you, who made things possible.
I'm a jew, as a jew I am proud of what I become and what I have learned.
I would like to address my feelings to the moslims who stil hate us, and for those who think that jews are indeed a "virus" or the "satan".

To me and every jew in the world, both christians and muslims are precious.
We don't hate arabs because they are muslims, we hate arabs because they use the quran to justify killing, spread of hatred and the presucution of the jews.

The world was so angry when Israel began the attack on Gaza two years ago, ending with 1,200 innocent palestinians casualties, while they refuse to see why these people died in the first place.
Human shield, it is a term and a standard procedure for the hamas, in which they gain more "trust" at the UN.
In 1947 ( a year when Israel was just a dream ), arabs slaugethred 6,000 jews for no reason, how come we never heard the world then? How is it possible that people who today lay in sorrow for the victims of the "satan state" never stood then.
It is a duty it seems to critisize israel, and its actions, while disregarding the fact that they use their people as human shields - by that, gaining the exact propegenda they were hoping for.

I have never seen a jew bombing a school in Germany ( Not now, and not then )
I have never seen a jew protesting by killing others.
I have never seen a jew wiring kids with explosives.
I have never seen a jew burning arab flags.

But, the only thing that I really see here today is people who trully understand us.
For that dear friends, I thank you.
The muslims can kill us, but well.. they will never take our freedom.
Muslims hate jews not because they are jews, they hate us because were a "outpost" of freedom and peace.
The freedom of choice, a term that it appears to be "unreal" for them.
Thank you again friends, and may god bless us and give us the strength to carry on in peace.

  6. hi there im a muslim palestinian that lived all my life in egypt...
i read ur comments and just wanted to tell u that we muslims dont hate jews coz u guys are just like us u believe in god like christaians alos we believe in the 3 messengers of god moses, jesus and mohammed born as a jew or christian or a muslim has nothing to do with u it doesnt make u abetter or even a worse person... we dont descriminate peolpe according to their religon but we judge peoples actions what we are agaist big time is zionism the protocols the zionists believe in doing them disregarding other peoples lives, families religons countries etc... we hate violence we hate being kicked out of our country we hate being killed and murdered... we really wana do live in peace but israel must let us live in peace im not talking about all israeli people because i know some of the are against their government but why dont you guys try to put ur selves in our shoes... we used to live in palestine all of us muslims christians and jews and we lived peacefully but suddenly britan decided to give the jewish a piece of land as reward of their efforts in the world war and u guys chose palestine why dont they just come and live with us saftly?? why do they keep on killing us? why do they keep dividing the land ?
all gods land is for all people so why dont we all live together in peace?? just forget about barriers and building walls just live together especially that we all believe in one god this makes us share some belief together. would u ever accept me to come and live in ur home suddenly and trying to kick u out and when i successeded in kicking out most of your family members the few that still want to live in their home i try to make them leave by almost jailing them in their own home and for example not letting them go to the kitchen or their bathroom, wont this make u frustrated..
but believe me we all know that u guys are believers we believe in moses w dont hate jews we wish we can live in peace all together but we dont want to live in the peace that the zionists decide is peace for them we want peace that satisfies all of us but again for the jews we have nothing against them :)

  7. I have read the majority of your comments and was also shocked there were so many Arabs and Mulims in support of Israel, other than the Christian community. I am a born again Christian and have been for almost 47 years. God is such a gracious God and He deserves us coming together and becoming Christ like. Because of our human nature we still deal with a judgemental nature which we need to surrender so that we can agree that Isael has every right to their existance and every right to the land that God promised them. There will be a day, when the Lord will not put up with the mistreatment of His people. I am happy to be on the winning side. May God bless you and your organization. May He lead us all in the paths of righteousness.

  8. praise be to God for Nonie and those who think Like her, God created us all in His image, can God hate himself? , No , we can only hate ourselves for our self centered ways, God created us all in the beginning to love and to love Him and to love each othe. rOnly the power of prayer, a contrite heart and faith in the One True God can Araba, Muslims, Jews, Christians and everyone else learn to accept and love... yes love one another, Hate comes from those who really hate God, because God is love...if only we could just get past the indoctrination to see and know God's great love for all humanity, then humanity would not be destroying itself and others. 9. Amen Jeff! I believe that the majority of humans are good people no matter what religon or race they are. they all want the basic things in life which means living in peace, rasing a family, good health care... But when you have one group of people dominating or occupping another group it is common sence that you will not have peace, justice, and instead will breed hate and resentment. the Jewish people need to understand that muslims don't hate them because they are Jewish but becuase of the politcal situation and that is why a viable solution has to be found. In fact, the Quran says that Christians and Jews are "people of the book" so islam does not teach hate.

I am so happy you wrote both of your books. I just finished Cruel and Usual Punishment. Wow! You are so brave and such a great American!

I spent 28 months in Iraq supporting OIF. I was very pleased to meet so many Sunni and Shi'a and learn of their world views of Israel and Christianity as well as their Muslim customs and practices. Your books resonated well with what I learned from them.

I concluded that because Mohammed, praise be to him, was born in the line of Abraham and Hagar that the attitude of Muslims to Jews is like a step child or bastard child of modern parents: always jealous and envious of the children of the married parents (in this case Abraham and Sarah). What do you think of this analogy?

I appreciate your understanding of modern Muslims living 7th Century times. It is a view that, frankly, makes more sense of my "bastard" mentality.

Thank you for your courage and your American patriotism to share your experiences in print. You are truly a great American. I am very proud of your willingness to print your memoirs and your take on modern Jihad.

Have you shared your books with your local, state and federal representatives? Your ideas for true reform are very interesting and quite doable with a little backbone from the west.

May God be with you and your family always.

    :)

Before a Muslim even says one word she/he is already understood to be a violent, barbaric racist bent on world-domination. "Islamophobia" (though it's hatred and demonization of Muslims, rather than fear of Muslims) has become so normalized it's absolutely incredible.

Keep up with this great website. Fight hate with even more hate. I'm lovin it.

first i would like to say that we as Muslims don't hate Jews or Christians, but we hate zionists because their Beliefs allow them to kill anyone Justifying this by saying that they are ''the chosen people'' and God allows them to do anything, i believe that there is no chosen people but there are people who do good things and God will reward them, and there are people who do bad things and God will punish them,we treat people due to thier actions, doesn't matter christian or jew or any other body from different religion, our Quran doesn't call for violence or Terrorism, and if you wanna make sure read it yourself .

    1. to Anonymous, Peace be upon you too...

I am an Israeli citizen and Zionist. And as a man that grew up in Israeli schools and in the military. I must say, (and I swear) I have never met any legitimacy for murder anywhere. not even in most religious groups.
There is one Rabbi that wrote a book about waging war on non jews, but he falls under much scrutiny in all circles, be it legal, cultural, and religious.

As that in almost all Israeli circles, there are no cries, or implies for murder.

when looking on cultural aspect, which is always the mirror of the society at large, most of the Israeli movies, books and songs are anti war centered. I can recommend several movies for you if you are interested to see it for yourself.

by the way, in no place in Zionism is not a religious group. in no rhetoric or manifesto there is a real mention of the fact that being chosen by god gives us any rights. the only fact that gives us rights is that Israelites lived in Palestine before it was even named Palestine by a very different western power: Rome.

the only right we have is the right to return to this land and rebuild it. nothing else. most of what happened after 1948 wasn't what the zionists asked for.

UN regulation on placing two countries in Palestine was accepted by the zionists, but rejected by all but the Arab nations, including the Arabs living here, who saw themselves as a part of Syria, not an independent Arab nation on it's own.

Sorry for the long reply, I can only hope you are willing to listen to me as much as I am willing to listen to you.

      Thank you,

      A peaceful Zionist.

  15. to Nonie:

I don't see many of so much truly enlightened, brave and honest Arab women like yourself around at all. I think you are aware that there are many Druze Arabs who are living in peace in Israel, loyal to Israel, and Israel is very very proud having them as it's citizens and in it's government. I'm not an Israeli but I am sure you and the Arabs like you are going to be welcomed to live in Israel as well. I don't see any contradictions in the core of the teaching of Islam, Christianity and Judaism. It's all the people who didn't go deep enough. You have my highest respect, may the God bless you, all of you, and your country too. I can't donate money for you now because my family is in a kind of financial difficulty at the moment, maybe later.

    Alex from Australia

to AD sabry: Israel has already withdrawn from Gaza, look how much trouble Israel got as a direct consequence of this action. Nothing but trouble. Thus I think there should be no any further withdrawals until the palestinian Arabs change their ways. If the palestinian Arabs were like Nonie, at least a little bit, there wouldn't be a problem at all, the war and the territories, they would all be living happily and safely in one big Eretz Israel (or Palestine) and share the government, without fear no matter if they are a minority or majority.

    to A Muslim:
"But when you have one group of people dominating or occupping another group it is common sence that you will not have peace, justice, and instead will breed hate and resentment." -- there was an initial UN plan of dividing the Palestine; palestinian Arabs rejected it and refused to talk; how can you talk about the occupation? The occupation they started to talk about was "the occupation" of the land in the territory on a map called Palestine by the whole Israel, not about an occupation by Israel of parts of the territory of their state that doesn't even exist yet. Not much changed since.

"the Jewish people need to understand that muslims don't hate them because they are Jewish" -- after seeing the video stuff in internet the palestinian Arabs preach to their children today, unfortunately, I have no doubts that you're wrong.

"but becuase of the politcal situation and that is why a viable solution has to be found." -- a viable solution would be palestinian Arabs not killing the Jews who happen to live in their midst, be it in settlements or otherwise, thus having not an unjust and unfair so called "two states solution", one for Arabs and Jews (Israel now), and one only for Arabs, but two -- both of them for both Arabs and Jews, until they can unite. But to come to that stage, palestinian Arabs have a long way to go.

Go placidly amid the noise and haste,
and remember what peace there may be in silence.
As far as possible without surrender
be on good terms with all persons.
    Speak your truth quietly and clearly;

    they too have their story.
    Avoid loud and aggressive persons,
they are vexations to the spirit.
If you compare yourself with others,

How do wars happen? 1) Catastrophe happens 2) People grow hate in mind through emotions 3) People are uncontrolled into violence 4) Catastrophes happen again (This is the Cycle of War).
It can only be stopped by love, forgiveness, mercy on each other.

I think Israel should involve more in Palestinian improvement of life. They should build houses, medical centers, schools, and other life support systems for the Palestinians, especially in Gaza. Even if the Palestinians and the Arabs are ready to kill the Israelis, Israelis must find a way and continue to do good to the Arabs, rather than fighting them. Like Jesus. I dare to say that will change things a lot.

They lay claim to the mount and deny the al Aqsa was the jewish temple. They can't claim relationship to Abraham and his decendents, or pray at their tombs and deny the jews any claim to the same.
They can't claim brotherhood and peace with the people of the book while denying their own quran and it's tales of the jews travels from egypt or solomon's building of the temple, or deny king david while reading the psalms/zabur.
It is long past time arabs welcome there brothers and make peace, a true peace with them.

Yes, we should all strive to peace with each other. An important question is: What is the Creator’s desire in the conflict. Which religion does He endorse? Both those belonging to the Jewish religion and adherents of Islam agrees that Mosheh was giving the Torah from the Creator after the Hebrews slavery in Egypt.

This universe necessarily reflect an Orderly and Super-Intelligent Creator [Proof]. This implies that He must reveal His Orderly Instruction Manual for mankind in order so that it will be able to relate to Him. These Instructions was the Torah [see previous proof]. It furthermore implies that the Creator must preserve His Instructions – and not let any human change its message – since otherwise mankind would be totally without guidance of how to relate to the Creator. Thus, the Torah hasn’t been changed; and the Will of the Creator is that every human should practise the Instructions of the Torah.

So the only viable solution for peace contains that we should work towards the end of all terorism -i.e. the killing of civilians.

Here is a solution for peace written by Paqid Yirmeyahu Ben Dawid; Link

Following the above guidelines we can reach shalom/salaam!!

    All the best!

  31. Good Afternoon Nonie: "Now they Call Me Infidel" should be required reading worldwide for males and females. Your words are shockingly prophetic concerning current Egyptian events and residents' opposition to Mosque-building in Los Angeles. I am deeply concerned that Sharia Law will be the law of every land in the world and America. America's apathetic naivete is rapidly leading us into the clutches of Sharia Law from which is no escape. I pray that God will protect you as you continue warning people about Islam and Sharia Law. Take care of your dear self.

  32. I believe it is not truly a religious conflict, but an ethnic conflict. I'm 100 % Ashkenazi Jew, an anthropology major, and plan to either move to Israel after I graduate or stay in the US and preserve what is left materially from the various Native American ethnic cultures either in the Southeast or Southwest.
Religion is merely used as a vehicle for the masses, but it's really many issues relating to ethnicity, the Western cultural aspects and concepts (labor, socialism, capitalism etc.) Jews brought to the Mandate Palestine. I hope for future peace with all the Arab nations and am proud of any progress daringly made by political officials in Israel and the Arab world. Even in Israel, Yitzhak Rabin was assassinated for advocating peace with Yassir Arafat.
Muslims who oppose Israel as a nation must understand that we are the original nation. Our religion is essential tribal and just as ethnic as Islam's association with various Arab tribes throughout the Arab world. Because of the diaspora, Jewish populations were forced into different parts of the world and eventually the highest concentration ended up in Western and Eastern Europe. We were the original minority throughout the diasporatic world, be it Christendom or the Arab world (Jews actually generally had more rights in Muslim nations). The idea of Zionism at its core, in my opinion, reflects the Jewish notion that we need a nation to call our own; The Arabic people have many nations to belong to within the Arab world, and the Jews had nowhere to go before and after the Holocaust when anti-Semitism was heavy.
Those who oppose Israel must also understand that Jews have rejected many aspects of diasporatic life. Hebrew was reinvented for daily conversation, they adopted similar foods, and embraced ancient Israeli life, which is closer to Arabic culture than Western.
Finally, many times, even in the original partition of the Mandate Palestine, Arab Leaders were offered most of the fertile land while the Jews were to get most of the Negev and they rejected an opportunity at 2 state solution. Similar offers have been repeated throughout Israel's diplomatic history and each time have been rejected because of influence from the surrounding Arab nations' governments (Syria, Saudi-Arabia, Iran)
The Palestinian people need to collectively advocate democratic discourse and pursue a 2 state solution and the Israeli government needs to join their effort

  33. I was born and raised a Jew. Culturally I still am although through study and time I identify myself as being one who has resolved his doubts about the various western religions and become just a normal human who needs no answers to the seeming unanswerable. Humans were programmed to ask and seek answers; we err in trying to give lies to explain everything. In brief, to me, most religions of which I know are based on legends or stories invented to control and explore, profit from, by a few, the less educated masses. With the advent of mass communication the masses are beginning to see that the villains are dictators, many self-serving politicians and much of the clergy. Most of the religions that I know of are based on lies and fantasies. The Roman Catholics that I know do not believe in all of the tenents of the church, but consider themselves to be good Catholics. The same for Jews' not following the dictates of the Bible....Torah....etc. most have found that in the world today things have changed......meanings are not absolute and laws may be interpreted as guidelines. The difference between the modern Jew and the others is the notion of freedom. This notion is explained every year at the Passover celebration even though the story told might be pure fantasy; the effect however was and is still to teach the value of freedom.

  41. Ok, history time.
The muslims didn't really come from Ismael. Actually that is stupid on a thousand levels. Unlike Judaism which is a religion predominately held by a nation, muslims engufled arabs, persians, berbers, and many other nations. Youre gonna have to research the rest of this one, or I'm not being tolerant.
"All possess alike liberty of conscience and immunities of citizenship. It is now no more that toleration is spoken of, as if it was by the indulgence of one class of people, that another enjoyed the exercise of their inherent national gifts."

Reply to silliness made by "A muslim":The majority of everything has to be good. If 99% of anything wwent wrong, we'd all be dead. The Nazis, for example, only really constituted about 10% of the population of Germany, and the naziz that were killing were only around 10%, the rest were just calling themselves that and letting the rest exist. So they all had to die. Once as that 1% went away, it was better, though the 99% didn't fight off that 1%, so they are complicit. If 1% of muslims kill people, then the ideaology is a threat to humanity, and needs to go before the Arabs, or other cultures are runied by muslims, or nukes, which sucks for everyone both ways. And after it says that they are people of the book, (which doesn't include any of the words you said it means) it says tax them and make them second class citizens and tax them for nt being you. For arabs or other cultures that kept their religion, it was worse. One refreshing thing is that you can now call it a solution, instead of a settlement... now where is it that I've heard that before?

of hey and Marco, while you're praising your momo, lemme tell you a widdle story of how he dies. See he had another prophesy that the last non-muslims in the area were going to take him over (like many other of his prophesies, whcih allow him to bypass the imaginary rule that muslims can't attack if provoked.) So he comes and and kills all the men becuase we can't convert to islam, because by law, which everyone likes to forget, it is idolatry. So the killed all 900 men, and then mo took a lovely girl to be his sex-slave, and because he was so compassionate, he offered to let her convert to the religion that all her dead family has just refused, so that she could be his wife. She told him to **** himself, and she lived as his freedom-free sex-slave, until she got the courage to poison a lamb and feed it to him, which helped a bit, but armies don't like dismantling, especially with big bureaucracies with titles that sound very prestigious. But of course I don't want to be intolerant, so it definitely is only muslim extremists, like the Christians 100% exact when the take a verse and make it mean something else, they take "kill all unbelievers" and usually add the word rape.

Oh and he's not fighting hate with more hate, stupid, he's fighting it with i-n-f-o-r-m-a-t-i-o-n. See you don't hate all groups of people if you're well human. I hate an ideaology. To say you hate the humans as humans for holding an ideaology is fascism, like saying defending someone's write to speak freely means you agree with what is said. Oh and the one's who have Islamophobia are the ones that didn't fight back, I agree its terrible.

AD sabry: Saying you don't hate jews for their religion implies that you hate jews, and that you are a hateful people, and I think you're prejudice for judging a race all at once, and then having the audacity to say we're putting down your "race", I know you want the borders to where they can't be defended, but you egyptians have to stop sending people and calling them palestinian, its lying, and that is bad, regardless of the one book you might have read a bit from.

Hamada: Yes peace between jews and arabs would be awesome. Could you tell the other arabs to stop being muslim though, pretty please?

    ReplyDelete
  42. Lebaneese Shia: If there is a shia who blows himself during the peace, we have to attack you, because they kill kids, also rapes are bad. 1% killers is too much, your culture stops being that when you don't hunt out and destroy these things from it. No muslim stops a terrorist, or puts ransom, and the anti-terror squad of any muslim country just sent a note from the future saying they'll never exist.

Luna, you're looney those ideologies with books and stories are not one. All existence is based on the same thing, but there are differences in those things, and humans are based on the same building block.

And vampire schools were built. Its just that they like to teach special things, they have quite a special relgion, and special groups like Hezbollah and Fatah, which both fight each other, want special things for Israel (which they can say now without saying Jews, and it makes them tolerant). The best thing we could do for the arabs is kill the people keeping islam alive, and then they could rebuild their raped cultures. But left wingies are to pussy to kill, and think if they give money and things to people that kill they will stop killing. Do I have to explain you the stupidity here?

Habeibi, we can't worship together there, because muslims say prayers to a rock there, which is idolatry, and that would be impure if we were trying to talk to god next to a muslim and a rock. Idolatry is bad, mind you, but we also don't kill idolaters for doing it, just killing people, like the philistines that many Arabs are descendant from, who would throw babies into a stature of muloch with a fire in it. Don't say that name, it always best to keep your mind on good spirits, if any. (Mohammed accepted "Jinn"-desert demons into Islam because they told him they were muslim)

Anders, mosheh or whatever isn't anyone. You can't rewirte someones stroy and give him a diffrent name, and say its the same person, one or the other. And if you call somwhere a holy battleground because not everyones muslim, its not a cilvian right? I say the muslim cliche hoax line "Jewish children vicitms of suicide bombers are innocent viticms, but palestinians killed during missle attacks are casualties of war? double standard." which says they were fighting, so as long as they don't give up on the tradition of suicide fighting they stole from the asians, they should be fine, so long as there are no civilains... which you are not if you incite, like this drawing of mohammed O1-C . I do love the idea of salaam over umaah, make other muslims stop saying that, and I'll believe you.

Shtetl: Thier religions says to kill our ethnicity. I don't think you know so much what you're talking about as don't know what you're talking about. They didn't want palestine when there was 300,000 people living there before the war (and a jewish population, though seriously repressed and mistreated). All every arab country all of a sudden needed a settlement, and in war or in peace, its really a final solution they are going for. There are muslim gangsters, and the farmers bow to them.

  43. Im not even going to say your name because you offend me, but the diffrences between today jew and before jews, is today we have pretentious pricks who make massive over-generalizations about groups of people, and in the extreme, that ideology is political and does thing for the "common good". I follow the Torah, so stop saying all Jews. Like i know you though you were clever when you hid your turban under a kippah, but its smaller. It says that about Christians generally in the koran, and that moon-god curses the Jews. You can't says Jews or anyone, because you don't know all these people, and Jews are especially free throughout time and do not have heavy centralized leadership, so the actions of Jews go in all directions.

Muslims have already proved their intentions to the Americans since the pirates Thomas Jefferson had to deal with, the "Nation of Islam" killings, and millions say moon-god kill America, before snuggling up to some desert beast. Muslims only recently obsured this by saying 9/11 was an inside job, and that Rothchild Zionist Jew is the source of all evil like Hitler did, except there was no Israel or the mantra "Never again".

Michi: I dont like the name Eretz, can we not have that? if you try to name it that im calling it Zion. And it not really about fear as it about not killing people. Fear is what Jews have when they don't fight back after mulims kill them "because". The lefties get some when something real happens, because the UN convinces them the international community is crying, but everyone knows it has to happen, if Israel could fight off Islam the Arabs could be saved.

  44. Arabs and Jews will one day find peace and be brothers of their father Abraham in Hebron and not be hateful and rebellious children of his anymore. The place where they now hate each other the most is Hebron and which ironically is the city of their father will be the place where they will love each other eventually the best. Both Arabs and Jews can now laugh about it because we live in an imperfect, greedy, murderous, sinful world; but, Abraham was a man of righteousness, friendship, peace, love, hospitality, etc. There is still hope and Hebron will be the place where we will all as Abraham's children show our love for Abraham and everything that he stood for. Yes, pray and cry for Hebron for hatred afflicts its children. When I come to Hebron, you can both get together (Arabs and Jews) to stone me if you don't like what I have said or believe.

  46. Jeff I’m an Arab born in the UK and lived most of my life in the west, I was always classed as somewhat of an odd person, I love all of god's creation, I hate that religion has become the cause of wars, judgement and prejudice instead of uniting us on common foundations of morality and god worship. I’m a Jew lover as much as I am a Hindu, an atheist or a Muslim. They are all my fellow brothers, we are of the same species for god's sake! Its madness seeing difference in race/culture/religion beyond a superficial observation or acknowledgement is baffling to me. I have read the diary of Anne Frank and cried as I did when watching Shindler's List, The Piano and The Land of blood and honey and felt ostracized for being empathetic towards fellow brothers...It’s sad. Without waffling on I just wish people just see past exteriors and social stereotypes...Bob Marley's my hero. I wish his music would touch more hearts...I’m in the process of writing a book and my thoughts lead me here! I wish you all a lovely day,,, may One Love/Redemption Song move you as it does me, RIP Bob Marley.

  48. Dear Nonie,

I am Iranian and in my family Israel was a non-issue, since we mainly hated Arabs, especially Sunni Arabs, more than Jews, and the Palestinians represented the very same hated Sunni Arabs for us, and between Israel and Palestinians, we always preferred Israel.
I remember as a child in Iran attending a party that was a joyous celebration commemorating the assasination of Omar ibn al Khattab at the hands of an Iranian. It was customary in Iran to curse Omar ibn al Khattab, Abu Bakr as Siddeeq and Osman ibn Affan and to refer to two of Muhammad's wives, Aisha and Hafsa, as whores. We liked to call Sunnis "sons of misyar" in response to their epithet for Shias which is "sons of mut'aa". At the time Iraq was ruled by a Sunni minority oppressing a Shia majority (some of them of Iranian origin), just as today Bahrain is ruled by a Sunni minority oppressing a Shia majority (again, some of them of Iranian origin), and this added even more reason for us to hate Sunnis. Sunnis hate Shia even more of course, and most educated Iranians laugh at President Ahmadinejad's rantings and ravings about "liberating Al Aqsa from Zionist captivity". Educated Iranians know that Al Aqsa is a Sunni mosque, built by none other than Omar ibn al Khattab (which is why it is also called Masjid al Omar), and NO Sunni would ever allow a Shia whom he considers a "heretic" (I believe the Sunnis like to use the term "rafidhi" for Shia, meaning one who "rejects"...rejecting the "truth" of the Sunna, I guess) to ever set foot in Al Aqsa, least of all an Iranian Shia whom they refer to as "majoosi". We immediately realise that this is another sorry attempt by Ahmadinejad to bridge the Sunni-Shia gap in order for the Khamenei/Ahmadinejad dictatorship to gain headway in the Sunni Arab world. Islam is all about deception and games. This is the Shia practice of taqqiya of course, as any Iranian with even half a brain knows that Ahmadinejad doesn't give a fig about Al Aqsa, even though in public he talks passionately about it as if it were Imam Ali's shrine in Najaf.
For their part, Sunnis have been exceptionally cruel, killing over 800 Iranian pilgrims in front of Iraq's Shia shrines (atabat al muqadassa) in Karbala, Najaf, Samarra, and Baghdad's al Kazimiya (al Kazimayn) during Ashura and other major Shia holidays. The modus operandi is very similar to that used by their Sunni correligionist the Palestinians when kill Israelis: strap bombs to your waist and kill as many innocent women and children as you can.
Of course the Iranian people, in addition to Sunni Arab insurgents who murder them in Iraq, have another enemy that also kills hundreds of Iranians, one that is both Iranian and Shia: the Iranian government who kills hundreds of innocent people for political dissent.
Hence as you can see, there is no true pacifism or love in either branch of Islam, since Islam has never been a religion of peace or love, but in fact the opposite: war and hatred.
That is why I embraced Christianity many years later (a Chaldean from Iraq tried very hard to convert me back in the early '80's at a college I attended in southern California, but couldn't...years later I myself would come to Christ).
But even as a Muslim I never hated Israel. As an Iranian I saw parallels between Israel and Iran. Both non-Arab, both practicing a religion different from most Arabs (Judaism in Israel, Shia Islam in Iran) and both hated by a giant Sunni Arab world. The two countries have always been natural allies, something the late Shah realised when he became an Israeli ally...this alliance was ended by Khomeini in 1979, which was the beginning of Iran's decline.
